Reviews, “why this song works,” and similar notes are opinions of Songly Music at the time of writing. They can change. A feature is not a promise that a song will chart, that an artist is available for booking, or that we have an exclusive relationship with them.
Music rights
Recordings, compositions, lyrics, artwork, and videos belong to their rights holders. We embed official or publicly available videos and write original commentary. A page on this site is not a license for you to download, sample, or republish the song. If you are a rights holder and want a change, read the DMCA policy or use Contact.
Accuracy
We check artist names, titles, and links against the source video or the artist’s page. Credits, release dates, and URLs still go stale. Confirm anything important with the artist or their distributor. External links can break or lead to pages we do not control.
Advertising
Google AdSense and similar partners show ads. We do not write ad copy. An ad is not a recommendation from Songly Music. Click ads at your own risk and never send payment to an advertiser because it appeared next to a song feature.
YouTube and other platforms
Embedded players and outbound links (YouTube, Spotify, social apps) are governed by those platforms. Availability of a video can change if the uploader or the platform removes it.
Donations
PayPal donations are voluntary support for the project. They are not a purchase, not equity, and not a charitable contribution unless we state a registered charity (we do not).
Limitation
